Curator Jerry Bowman gives history talk in Enumclaw

Northwest Carriage Museum Curator Jerry Bowman gave a talk to a group of avid history-lovers at Enumclaw Plateau Historical Society Museum on April 5th. A good time was had by all as Jerry regaled the group with all manner of facts, stories, and horse-drawn history insights.

Jerry's presentations always inspire unfamiliar folks to come pay us a visit at the museum, and he loves to spread the word about not just the NWCM, but all the other fun activities, sights, and experiences available to visitors to our beautiful Willapa Habor area!

If you have a group or event that would benefit from an entertaining and educational presentation by our intrepid Curator, give the museum a call at (360) 942-4150 any day of the week between 10 and 4 to get on the books. Come get Carried Away!

OUR MISSION The Northwest Carriage Museum preserves, maintains, and interprets the collection of horse-drawn vehicles and period artifacts of the 19th Century. We are home to over sixty beautiful horse-drawn vehicles including carriages, buggies, wagons and sleighs, and more than a thousand historical artifacts that help bring history to life and create a cultural experience. We are dedicated to keeping history alive for future generations, educating about horse-drawn transportation, restoration, and conservation of the vehicles, and supporting our local community.
